    Burlingame

I’m off to San Francisco tomorrow for the evening and Friday. Work event on Friday and then back to Seattle! I’ve been working a lot lately and trying my best to stay awake past 10:00pm. Last night I failed; 9:15.

    My girlfriend is sick :(
But I brought her chicken noodle soup today! And a kitty cat balloon yesterday!

I hope she feels better soon. :)

    Let’s break this down

Sorry for the delay, I’ve been busy; in Ohio.

As some (read: all) of you might have guessed, I bought (read: leased) a new car this weekend!

    2007 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0T, Package 2
    Inline 4 with 200 hp (@ 5100 rpm) and 207 ft-lbs of torque (@ 1800 rpm)

    EPA Mileage Estimates: (City/Highway)
    Automatic: : 25 mpg / 32 mpg

    Range in Miles: (City/Highway)
    Automatic: 362.5 mi. / 464 mi.

    #1 side-impact safety rating EVER.

Package 2 includes: Power Sunroof and Satellite Radio XM Service, Dual Zone Climatronic , Top Sport Seats with Leather Seating Surfaces and Cold Weather Package. 6-Speed Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) Automatic Tiptronic Transmission.

Oh, how sweet it is. Except now I’m in Dayton, OH. I’m all alone and missing my girlfriend!!

And to make it worse, my new car key keeps staring at me!

    Oh the humanity! ;)

    It’s been a while

So it’s been nearly a month since my last post (well, over a month if you consider a post with substance). It’s been quite a whirlwind the past month, lots of things have changed…for the better! Let’s recap, shall we?

    • Work: I’m working up a storm at Ernst & Young. Moving from project to project, let’s just say that things are going very well thus far!
    • Apartment: I’m now living in Bellevue! Well, let me rephrase: we’re now living in Bellevue! Keri and I moved into a great place in downtown Bellevue two weeks ago today. Things are still coming together and I’ll get some pictures up soon.
    • Furniture (not quite yet): Today we’re going to go shopping for a sofa, table, shelves and maybe a bed and a TV (that’s a maybe).
    • Travel: I was down in San Francisco a few weeks ago and ended up getting a free ticket for bumping my flight. I’ll have to plan out when and where I’m going to be going in the next year (and I have miles).
    • Parents: Keri and I are going to be heading down to Oregon to visit my parents this upcoming weekend (and buy a car), I miss them!
    • Lake Chelan. Last weekend I went out to Lake Chelan to have a mini-vacation with Keri’s family. It was a great time (went to my first water park ever)! It was nice to go relax for a bit and hang out with Keri’s fam.

I think that’s about all (I’m sure there are some smaller things I’m missing). The past few months since graduation have been awesome. The one thing I’ve been slacking on is getting together with and hanging out with friends from college. I don’t want to lose touch with these people; I need to make more of an effort.

Things are coming along quite nicely; I can honestly say I’m very happy right now.

    1. Find drill.
    2. Position drill on side of security tag, directly in the path of the long pin.
    3. Drill.
    4. Enjoy.
